He's 4 months...

and eating! My baby is definitely growing up to be a big boy. At 4 months, he weighs 16lbs and 9oz and stands 25 inches tall! Honestly, I didn't think he was that heavy because he didn't feel heavy to me and even when I look at him, he seemed to look slim, lol! If not for the fact that he's now wearing stage 3 diapers and size 6-9months outfits, I really won't be convinced that he is indeed gaining weight. Anyway, no fancy poses this time, lol! I did take some shots but I just don't wanna share them in public for now, maybe in a scrapbook layout or two in the future (wink) but for now, I think these 2 will do just fine, hehe! I think he looked so adorable in his camou onesie, which goes really well with that hat, lol! Took this during AJ's tee-ball game.

We finally got him started on solid foods and his first food is an oatmeal cereal. I think he really wasn't so sure if he liked it or not though (see video below), lol! It wasn't easy putting Aerell on that highchair because Aiden wasn't quite ready to give it away. I had to keep on convincing him that he's a big boy now and that highchairs are for babies. He's been using that highchair for more than 2 years now and I can just imagine how hard it is for him to let go of something he thought was his forever, lol!

I think Aerell couldn't comprehend why we were taking pictures/videos of him eating when we don't normally do it while we, ourselves are eating, lol! Here's a short clip from last night. You can hear the season finale of American Idol in the background. If you remember, American Idol is quite a big thing in Aerell's life, lol! He was born on the night of its season premiere and now he had his first solid food on its season finale. Totally coincidence, that's all I can say, haha! By the way, Bear didn't like the fact that the public would hear his laugh, lol! I have cut as much as I can on this video already so please excuse our laughs, we were totally just having lots of fun, lol!

Scrap Addict Sundays (Mother's Day Special)

Took me a while to decide if I really wanna use this photo. It is so hard to take photos with all three boys together. I call this the "perfect imperfect photo", lol! Go figure! If I get a new one that's better than this, I'll be sure to use it in another layout.

Scrap Addict Sundays (toothbrush)

A late entry for this week's theme. I didn't have a photo so it took me a while to get one. It's a good thing my model is such a trooper, lol!

Aerell in the mirror...

Just a quick one today. I'm practically running from one place to another here. I got laundry in the washer, a dinner to be made, a baby screaming waiting to be fed, AJ's game at 6pm tonight to attend...so, what the heck am I doing in front of the computer? I just can't wait to share with you this clip of Aerell in the mirror, lol! Since I'm not lucky enough to capture his smiles with my camera, I thought a video clip would be the best way to do it. So, here you go, enjoy!

Scrap Addict Sundays (A Spring of Discovery)

Scrap Addict Sundays is back! Yipee! LOL! Thanks to Agring for putting it back. SAS has really helped me a lot to scrap. The themes/topics for each week really makes it easier for me to scrap. I have a 100-page book to finish and I'm not even half way there yet, so I really need a lot of work to do. Here's my layout for this week's theme.

AJ in Action

Wow! I haven't blogged in more than a week now. We've been busy as usual plus the kids have been sick on and off for the past couple of days. As a matter of fact, AJ missed his game tonight (8pm) because he started a fever last night after his 8pm-game. I think it's the weather. It was chilly and windy last night and I think that's also the reason why Aerell is running a low fever today. Poor kids, the weather has been really tough on us lately especially that we're out late at night for the games. Speaking of games, AJ's team has already won 3x. Last Wednesday (last week), we were assigned for the snacks of the team players as well as keeping the scores, which hubby took care of. It was a special night because the team won for the 3rd time and AJ got to score 2 runs of which we're very proud of, hehe! I think I am the noisest mom over there cheering for my son. The video below will prove you that, lol! I just can't help it and it was just last night that I realized how terrible I sound, lol! It's like I'm screaming from a horror movie, lol! The video is pretty long and I apologize for the way I took the video. If you decide to watch it, be aware that it's possible you'll get a headache afterwards, lol! Again, it's the weather that's to be blamed, lol! It was sooo windy and I was shivering a bit, which made my hand shake more. Ok, enjoy the video and please excuse the way I screamed, hehe!
