Late Recap

I am totally exhausted...again! I plan to blog daily on this blog but I got too busy taking opps for my other blog. It's not easy I tell ya. Sometimes, I run out of words and time that's why I couldn't take as much opportunity as I want. Anyway, life is still good. We actually had a great weekend until I met this old "not-so-good" friend. It's a long story but I'm not going to discuss that. I woke up pretty early last Saturday and let Bear sleep for a change. For years, he has always given me the chance to sleep a lot on weekends while he takes care of everything. He's really a great husband *wink*. He woke up around 10am and had breakfast while I got the kids ready to go out.

We went to the mall and I got a pair of cute heels for me, yey! That wasn't even planned so that was pretty cool. We walk a lot and look at some Easter clothes for the boys. We found some that we really like at Sears but didn't get it yet. I might find some better ones somewhere else. We also looked at prices of DSLR cameras and guess what Canon Rebel is now down to $699! Isn't that great? We also went to Fry's to get some stuff for Bear's computer and they have the same price for their Canon Rebel over there. I did find something else though. It's also a DSLR but it's Panasonic. It's actually a lot cheaper than the others and the good thing that I like about it is that it's 10mp while the Canon Rebel is only 8mp. Does anybody have a Panasonic DSLR here? Care to give me a review? I'd really appreciate it.

I was able to scrap a bit. This is actually a quick one and I had fun doing this especially when I did the interview. Well, it wasn't really an interview. I was typing everything while AJ did the talking. If you can read the journaling, you'd think it's really quite silly but to my 4-yr old, he was serious! I'm sure this is going to be fun to read when he becomes a teenager, lol! Enjoy the rest of the week everyone!

First of all, thank you so much for all the wonderful birthday greetings/wishes that you all have left for my AJ. They are very much appreciated.

So, are you all surprised with the new blog? I'm still in shock at this time. I just didn't know if I can handle so many blogs but I figured this one is cuter than the other, hehe! Not a sufficient reason but who cares? I'm still going to blog on bravenet anyways for my blogging tasks and stuff.

Let's move on to the birthday recap, shall we? It was a very simple celebration with just the four of us but AJ had so much fun. Earlier that day, I took him out in the backyard since it was in the 70's and thought of taking some birthday portraits but it was hard 'coz he didn't want to participate. Photos below.

Bear came home early that day to get all the stuffs we need for our little party. We all got silly and wore party hats like kids, hehe! Bear and I sang happy birthday before AJ blew his candles and it was a lot of fun! AJ asked for a bike as birthday present this time. Actually, he mentioned he was going to ask Santa for a bike this coming Christmas but Bear said why not get it now, it's his birthday anyway. So, that's what he got and he's lovin' it! The grandparents called and said their birthday greetings/wishes for AJ after he blew his candles and that really made his little party a little more than special.

New Blog

Welcome to my new blog! I don't know what came to me although I have to admit it's been a while since I really wanted to have a blogger account. I have been with bravenet for almost 3yrs now and I will miss it for sure. It's not like I'm leaving it totally though. I'm still going to blog there but I think I will keep this one for more personal matters. The fact that bravenet only allows a certain number of links kinda made it easy for me to create a new account and I love the fact that I can change the look of this blog. I totally love the fun of doing it, lol! Thanks to blogskins.com for the free blog skins. I had a hard time choosing one. I'll probably change the design each month and wouldn't be able to use all the available layouts they have.
